India is debating whether to dismantle an inefficient, decades-old food distribution system and try something radical.

“India Asks, Should Food Be a Right for the Poor?”. Its an emphatic yes. Its impossible to fathom that we can spend money on stuff like the CWG and other events when people in India are starving. There seems to be a total lack of priorities when it comes to the Government
