The other day I was at a restaurant and ordered their special….a “blog”. The waiter, pencil behind ear, dirty rag on shoulder, and paan in his mouth, asked me “how would you like your blog done…….rare, medium rare……”.

I shot back….”I would like it brown…make that…U L T R A B R O W N“
