On the tape, a Brooklyn precinct’s commanders are heard demanding officers write a certain number of summonses.
    Screw the NYPD !! They created a whole cadre of junior “cops” who just walk around and give tickets for the most ridiculous situations. Looks like their sole purpose is to raise revenue and not make the city safer….which is what the police should be doing.
