Montana jury finds H&B at fault in baseball bat lawsuit – WAVE 3 TV Louisville, KY |

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Montana jury has found the maker of Louisville Slugger bats failed to adequately warn about the dangers its product can pose.
    This has to be one of the dumbest jury’s ever. WTF…..the jury finds the baseball bat manufacturer guilty after a player dies because he was hit by a ball. Family says the boy didnt realize the ball would come so fast and there were no lables to warn him of it on the bat. I think the jury need to be put in a mental asylum for life….and the lawyers need to be skinned alive and fed to the alligators.
