The cat is out of the bag regarding the controversial Shivaji statue in the bay off Marine Drive, with the state government rushing ahead with a design before state elections are announced.
    This is a really good analysis on the bullshit that is going to happen. Why the fuck do we need another Shivaji eyesore ? Dont we have enough of the Shivaji BS around to add another one.
And the comparision to the Statue of Liberty is so screwed up. It will look like a fake copy of an idea that is unique and iconic. And Shivaji and his horse aint even half as good looking as Liberty.
This is one time that citizens need to raise such a hue and cry that the asshole politicians stop this waste of money.
